Information about KSeF
Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to the introduction of the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), we inform you that Kaptan Food Service Sp. z o.o. will issue VAT invoices in accordance with KSeF regulations as of April 1, 2026.
After the implementation of KSeF, paper and PDF invoices will no longer be valid sales documents and can only serve as an informational copy. Consequently, paper invoices will not be delivered but will be sent exclusively through KSeF.

Therefore, physical invoice delivery will not be made, and invoices will only be entered into the KSeF system. Our customers will be able to access their invoices electronically through the KSeF system.
