Dear Sir or Madam,
\nDue to the introduction of the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), we inform you that Kaptan Food Service Sp. z o.o. will issue VAT invoices in accordance with KSeF regulations as of April 1, 2026.
\nAfter the implementation of KSeF, paper and PDF invoices will no longer be valid sales documents and can only serve as an informational copy. Consequently, paper invoices will not be delivered but will be sent exclusively through KSeF.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dear Customers,
\nDue to the introduction of the mandatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF), we inform you that Kaptan Food Service Sp. z o.o. will issue VAT invoices in accordance with KSeF regulations starting from April 1, 2026.

Dear customers,
\nWith the introduction of the mandatory national e-invoicing system (KSeF), our company will issue VAT invoices in compliance with the KSeF system as of April 1, 2026.
\nWith the launch of the KSeF application, physical and PDF invoices will no longer be valid as official sales documents and will only be usable for informational purposes.
\nTherefore, physical invoice delivery will not be made, and invoices will only be entered into the KSeF system. Our customers will be able to access their invoices electronically through the KSeF system.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
